When Jeff Metzgar and Brian Wilkinson acquired a 30-year old Commercial HVAC business in Largo, FL, they knew they needed an overall refresh. The logo has been created in the 90s, and their acquisition date was fast approaching.
We knew we could help with updating the brand with a brand refresh, but it would be important to maintain the 30 years of brand equity and recognition that the previous owners had built. We couldn’t lose the ESSENCE of the Airco Mechanical Services that their clients and the community had come to know and love.
We were able to create a powerhouse rebrand that emphasized the company’s values of growth, precision and hard work, while maintaining pieces and elements from the previous logo. We switched the lines to face upward representing future expansion and industry leadership, we made the orange and navy color palette more vibrant, utilizing a gradient to show a range of services. And we were able to create tshirts, hats and signage that the WHOLE team was able to rally behind on the acquisition day!
What could have been an abrupt change of ownership with a shiny new logo, turned into a new brand launch that had the team in happy tears, knowing they were working with a company that believed in them too!
Next up, the website!! With their expanding service offerings and competitive local market, we knew that their website needed a BOOST! We were able to create a website that showcased every single service offerings as well as the rich history of the Airco Brand and the hope for the future. Each page is packed with SEO, and built to rank on Google.
